Yllsa Day 5: How long?

Ok, I like fresh fruit, veggies, nuts and seeds as much, or more than the next guy *(well, some veggies I don’t) but I’m starting to want some FOOD!  An egg please. That would be fine.  *sigh* Only 3 weeks until food.  I can do this!  WE can do this!

Breakfast
1/2 Grapefruit
Cantaloupe
Orange

Snack
Dried Figs
Walnuts

Lunch
Dried Figs
Almonds

Dinner
Surprise!!  Something new!
Salad with:
Baby Spinach
Granny Smith Apples
1/2 Avocado
1 Lg. Carrot
1 Tbsp Pomegranate
Sm. handful raspberries

Dressing for Salad
8 Raspberries
1 Tbsp Pomegranate
1 Good squeeze of 1/2 lemon
Mash together in mortar and pestle,
or blend in small hand blender/food
processor.

I’ve been working on getting  Brit on line, and SHE’S FINALLY HERE!!!!  Whoo HOOO!  She’s getting her measurements and photos tomorrow, and then it’s ON!! I am really excited about this project!
